Yes, I am a mom. I had my precious little girl, Leighton, at the age of 19. I prefer to not be a stereotypical young mom that everyone is so used to seeing on shows like Teen Mom. I want to be so much more than that. Leighton is 3 now, spoiled, loved, beautiful, and the greatest thing to ever happen in my life. This is her to the left. Her cuteness is overwhelming as you can see, and you'll probably see lots of posts about her on here. I was in love with her dad, and probably always will be. We met senior year at the high school homecoming game, and I loved him from the moment I met him. Unfortunately, he had a lot of psychological issues which led to abuse, cheating, and not caring about anyone but himself. I left him after 5 years, and he does not have anything to do with our lives. Tragic love story? I know. I have not been able to find love since, I will post if I ever do!
Enough sappy stuff! I created this blog to create, dream, and vent about all subject areas related to being a girl. I am a mom, a college students, single, so ask me about anything and I will probably know because I am so well rounded. The main point of this blog is to create chic and trendy items from thrift store supplies! I will show you the how-to's to creating thrift store objects look like a million bucks. I will go thrift store shopping every weekend, and then throughout the week post the latest creation. I will also post about the latest in fashion and trends, hair and make-up, exercise and just life stuff in general. Like I said I am extremely well rounded and love a lot girly areas of life.
